Renovation of a municipal facility in Okeechobee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Buildings and Grounds Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide equipment, materials and installation of ten (10) HVAC systems throughout several governmental facilities on the Brighton Reservation The Buildings and Grounds Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida requires the following equipment, labor and all required materials in order to replace and install the equipment listed in Attachment A (Scope of Work). All equipment and materials shall be supplied by Contractor. The installation shall be completed within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the date of the issuance of an approved building permit and all work and worksite activities must be in accordance with all OSHA and any other applicable safety regulations.
