The Parish of St. Charles, hereby advertises bids for construction of St. Charles Parish Courthouse 2nd Floor Renovation, Project Number GBCH0518 as follows: Owner: St. Charles Parish Project Title: St. Charles Parish Courthouse 2nd Floor Renovation Project No.: GBCH0518 Principal Work Location: 15045 River Road, Hahnville, LA 70057 Description of Basic Work: Renovation of 2nd Floor Courthouse and Judge's Chambers The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in accordance with the Public Bid Law, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. A payment of $ 100.00 in cash or check payable to the Engineer will be required for each complete set of the Bidding Documents. This payment is refundable as provided in the La.R.S.38:2212(D). Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. If the bid is submitted electronically and a certified or cashier's check is used for bid bond, then the actual check shall be delivered to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL RECORDS OFFICE, Parish of St. Charles, 15045 River Road, Courthouse 3rd Floor, Hahnville, Louisiana, 70057.
