Renovation of a mixed-use development in Daleville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Solar array procurement and installation at daleville new town hall 14421 west main street daleville, in 47334 and daleville water plant 7801 south john street daleville, in 47334. Bid summaries and recommendations will be made in public during the daleville town council meeting on april 11, 2022 at 7:00 pm local time. That meeting will take place at 8019 s. Walnut street, daleville, in 47334. Construction shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions included in the design documents including scope of work, specifications, and drawings. All bids shall be accompanied by (1) completed itemized proposal, (2) completed form 96 with required attachments, (3) non-discrimination affidavit as required by the laws of the state of indiana, (4) bid security, as described below, and (5) other bidding documents as described in the instructions to bidders. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. If the bidder withdraws a bid within sixty (60) days after the opening date, without consent of the owner or fails to execute a satisfactory contract within ten (10) days after notice of acceptance, the owner may declare the bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages. The successful bidder will be required to carry workmen's compensation, employee's liability insurance and comprehensive public liability and property damage insurance in amounts and with companies satisfactory to the owner. In addition, the contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract sum. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days, or as otherwise stated in the contract documents before awarding the contract.
