This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall submit this document in its entirety. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. 1. Solicitation Number: W911S2-22-U-ATDR 2. Solicitation Issue Date: 01 February 2022 3. Contract Specialist: Amanda Bellnier 4. Quote Due Date/Local Time: 11 February 2022 by 1100 EST. All quotes must be submitted electronically to Amanda.l.bellnier.civ@army.mil by the quote due date above. The email subject field shall contain the solicitation number. The email body shall include the Contractor name, address, phone number, and email address. PAPER COPY QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 5. SITE VISIT: A site visit is not scheduled for this requirement. 6. Questions: All questions shall be in writing and e-mailed to Amanda.l.bellnier.civ@army.mil. Questions concerning this solicitation will be accepted up to the Close of Business (1600 EST) on 09 February 2022. Fort Drum does not commit to providing responses to questions submitted after this date; however attempts to answer questions will be made. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to perform maintenance and repairs to automatic ADA compliant doors at Fort Drum, NY. In the event of a national emergency this contract shall have the capability to be surged (ie: increased staff/hours) If a surge were to occur a new price would be negotiated during the surge time only.
