This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall submit this document in its entirety. All quotes must be submitted electronically to Amanda.l.bellnier.civ@army.mil by the quote due date above. The email subject field shall contain the solicitation number. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to perform maintenance and repairs to automatic ADA compliant doors at Fort Drum, NY. In the event of a national emergency this contract shall have the capability to be surged (ie: increased staff/hours) If a surge were to occur a new price would be negotiated during the surge time only.
