B.The Work to be performed under this Project includes, but is not limited to, constructing improvements to the existing Administration Building HVAC and Electrical Systems Contracting Method: The Project will be constructed under two prime contracts. The Contracts under which the Project will be constructed are: 1.Contract1A:Electrical.Consists of all Work required to complete the Project as shown and as specified in: a. Division 01, General Requirements, except that Work specifically assigned to the other prime contractors. b. Division 02, Section 0241 00Electrical Removals including buried conduit pad mounted transformers and similar electrical equipment located on the site outside of the Administration Building. c. Division 26, Electrical. d. Other Specification Sections referenced in Division 26, Electrical, that are responsibility of Electrical CONTRACTOR. e.
