**As of May 20, 2022, project was awarded to Duggar Excavating, Inc, awarded amount is $413,874.00.** This project consists of replacing the 7'x11' ECMP pipe at the Ditch crossing near 19th Street and Montana Avenue with a new 6' x 11' Box culvert. The project will include headwalls and the replacement of a 2" water line crossing the drainage structure. All Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Bid - City of Lynn Haven - 19 th Street andMontana Avenue Drainage Improvements". A Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5%of Bid shall accompany Bid. The City of Lynn Haven reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The City also reserves the right to reject contractors who do not meet the minimum required standards and are not qualified to perform the work. All Bids shall be firm for a period of 90 days after opening. This includes material prices. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes All bidders shall comply with all applicable state and local laws concerning licensing, registration,and regulations of contractors doing business in Florida. The City shall award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidder hereby agrees to commence Work under this Contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to substantially complete the project within 60 consecutive calendar days and to fully complete the project 15 days thereafter.
