Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Lynn Haven, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Scope of Work - The Work of this contract involves the demolition of the existing roof, trusses and second floor structure down to top of CMU walls, establish existing CMU walls for receipt and support of new roof trusses, soffit and roof system. Provide new soffit and roof envelope as described in the drawings. New roof footprint is approximately 2790 square feet. This value is not provided for estimating purposes only general scope information. Property is owned by The City of Lynn Haven, Florida. The owner has elected to provide all interior framing, rough-in, finishes and equipment for this project. All Civil work associated with this building was contracted through Phase 1 of the City's total Sports Complex scope. Any item attached to the wood framing above the top of CMU Walls shall be considered part of the second floor and roof systems and should be demolished and removed from the site. Last day for written questions will be March 24, 2021. Refer to the Bid Documents for all requirements
