Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of April 12, 2022 This project is already awarded to GMH Asphalt awarded amount $4,183,882.67. The project shall consist of the following approximate quantities: Excavation: 6,730 C.Y. Pipe Lining: 11,370 L.F. Hydrant Replacement: 24 EA. Gate Valve Replacement: 49 EA. Curb Stop Replacement: 249 EA. Bituminous Pavement Reclamation: 46,970 S.Y. Bituminous Pavement: 11,650 TONS Concrete Curb and Gutter: 2,630 L.F. Concrete Driveway Aprons: 530 S.Y. Concrete Sidewalk 16,810 S.F. Sodding: 15,560 S.Y. The provisions of Minnesota Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this Contract. No Bid will be considered which is not accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond payable to the City of Brooklyn Center in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the Bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of the Contract. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serve the interest of the Owner.
