Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project B2108202 The Project generally includes, but is not limited to, bituminous surfacing, grading, storm sewer, ADA pedestrian ramps, and pavement marking. The current minimum wage rate per hour to be paid for each classification of work shall be the local prevailing rate, including fringe benefits as defined in Minnesota Statute 177.41-177.44. No bid will be considered before the stated bid time. Bids must be accompanied by the electronic verified Bidder's Bond payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of Three Rivers Park District.
