Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a office development.
Owner reserves the right to reject a Bid which is incomplete or irregular, the right to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received, and the right to accept a Bid which in the Owner judgment is in Owner's best interests Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier check or Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Base Bid submitted, made payable to the Owner Work includes remodeling of office suite on the 2nd floor of the Northwest Family Service Center, for Osseo Area Schools, Adult Basic Education Center (ABE). TIME OF COMMENCEMENT: Work may commence July 10, 2023 (Note: there is an Alternate to allow a later construction period, with a commencement date of October 16, 2023 - refer to Alternate descriptions). TIME OF COMPLETION: Owner requires Substantial Completion on or before August 18, 2023 (Note: there is an alternate to allow for a Substantial Completion date of November 22, 2023). Substantial completion includes coordination with Owner's flooring contractor so entire project meets the Substantial Completion date.
