LOCATED ON 50TH AVENUE NORTH 51 ST AVENUE NORTH KNOX AVENUE JAMES AVENUE 54TH AVENUE NORTH GRANDVIEW SOUTH AREA The project shall consist of the following approximate quantities: Excavation: 1,800 C.Y. Bituminous Pavement Reclamation:15,750 S.Y. RC Pipe Storm Sewer: 60 L.F. Bituminous Pavement: 3,780 TON Construct Drainage Structure: 12 L.F. Concrete Curb and Gutter: 3,415 L.F. Ductile Iron Watermain: 1,020 L.F. Concrete Sidewalk: 1,215 S.F. Hydrant: 8 E.A. Sodding: 2,480 S.Y. 1" Type K Copper Pipe: 280 L.F. Striping: 940 L.F This project generally consists of street and utility reconstruction work within the project areas as shown on the plans. The proposed work is generally described as follows: Remove bituminous surface, remove and replace areas of storm sewer, install temporary water systems, remove and replace areas of watermain, hydrants, services and valves. Repair driveway aprons, curbs & gutters and sidewalks. Install bituminous surfacing, striping, and restore all disturbed areas with lawn sod. Bidders shall bring any inadequacies, omissions, or conflicts to the City Engineer's attention at least seven (7) days before the due date for Bids. P
