Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of April 7, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded, however, contracts are still being finalized. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project includes the following Work: Removal of existing asphalt and the installation of approximately 1,400 square feet of permeable pavers in parking areas of an existing roadway and 100 feet of new concrete roadway. The City of Monona reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Prospective Bidders are required to complete and submit a prequalification questionnaire with supporting documents to OWNER (see Instructions to Bidders). Prequalification forms will be provided with Bidding Document sets. Completed forms are to be submitted no later than 1 P.M., local time, on February 11, 2022.
