Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
Construction, Parks, Recreation, Trail Work, Electrical and Controls, Pedestrian Improvements, Retaining Walls, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Electrical Installation/Construction, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Fencing/Guardrails/Handrails, Erosion Control - Temporary. The Project includes the following Work: 4,700 square feet of concrete flatwork, 800 vertical square feet of Concrete Masonry Unit retaining wall, restoration, and landscaping. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Lake Mills reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
