The Following Items, and Their Related Appurtenances: Reconditioning Includes, but Shall Not Be Limited to, Approximately 1.2 Miles of Rural Section, Street Reconditioning Including Pulverize and Repave, Addition of 6-foot Wide Gravel Shoulders Along Rock Lake Road and 2-foot Gravel Shoulders on North Shore Road, Remove and Replacement of Asphalt Drive Approaches; Approximately 26 Lf of 12- Inch Storm Sewer Removal and Relocation; Approximately 57 Lf of 24-inch Storm Sewer Installation; Approximately 6 Lf of 18-inch by 12-inch Elliptical Storm Sewer Installation; Approximately 70 Lf of 36-inch Storm Sewer Installation; Saw Cutting; Traffic Control; and Erosion and Sediment Control Measures, Surface Restoration, Cleanup, and Miscellaneous Appurtenant Facilities Required to Complete Construction. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all Plan Holder's of Record. Questions received from Bidders that do not, in Engineer's opinion, allow sufficient time to respond prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security Made Payable to Town of Lake Mills in an Amount of 5% of Bidder's Maximum Bid Price and in the Form of a Certified Check, or an Electronic Bid Bond Issued by a Surety Meeting the Requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Completion Delays Are Subject to Liquidated Damages. Town of Lake Mills Reserves the Right to Accept the Most Advantageous Bid, or to Reject Any and All Bids. Award of Work Described Herein is Subject to the Provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
