Security Camera and Server Installation for City Facilities Each proposal must contain the full name or names of the party or parties making the same, with an affidavit as to interested parties, and, in the case of a corporation not chartered in Wisconsin, with a proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in Wisconsin. The work includes: o 10 locations throughout city for exterior camera installation and/or replacement. o 5 large buildings o 5 other facilities o Centralized server with ability to view all cameras at multiple facilities. o Cloud-base storage system line item to include annual fees. o Server(s) must be able to store all data for minimum 120 days. o Integration and/or replacement of interior cameras at one facility. o Camera quality must be able to capture clear still image of people and vehicles at specific locations. o Line item to install electrical as needed for cameras/system. o Line item to install all bandwidth necessity. o Program testing and training on all systems. o Optional yearly maintenance / service contract. o Cost of any maintenance/subscription fees. The City of Lake Mills reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal it deems most favorable. Question Deadline 10/25/2024 All requests for interpretation must be received at least two days prior to the date set for receiving the Bid. Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, or change the documents at least two days before the Bid.
