Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be received for: CONTRACT MILLING AND ASPHALTIC CONCRETE PAVING AND PATCHING CITY OF LAKE MILLS, WISCONSIN Each bid must contain the full name or names of the party or parties making the same, with an affidavit as to interested parties, and, in the case of a corporation not chartered in Wisconsin, with a proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in Wisconsin. The work includes: - Partial surface milling and asphaltic concrete paving of various City streets. - Spot excavations, base course, grading and asphalt concrete patching of various City streets. - Manhole and water valve adjustments. - Traffic Control, Erosion Control, and other miscellaneous items. A bid bond of 5% shall be required of all bidders at the time the bid is received. The City of Lake Mills reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid it deems most favorable.
