Rehabilitation project to replace approximately 4 miles and 4 structures along IH 94 from CTH Y to CTH Q in Jefferson County. IH 94 will be reconstructed in both directions to raise the profile of the roadway approximately 1-3 feet to accommodate 100-year floods at the rivers. Structures (B-28-196, B-28-197, B-28-198, B-28- 199 at the Crawfish and Rock Rivers will be reconstructed. Rest Area #14 will also receive off-ramp improvements in the WB direction along IH 94. This project is Design/Build Project Delivery with Alternative Technical Concepts. 1067-02-07: The consultant will assist during the design phase.
