As of February 10, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded next week Tuesday. The scope of work includes approximately 1,470 tons of asphalt paving, 4,475 tons of base aggregate, 11,200 square feet of concrete flatwork, 3,000 linear feet of curb and gutter, 1,000 linear feet of storm sewer with manholes and inlets, 1,480 linear feet of water main and appurtenances, 1,500 linear feet of sanitary sewer with manholes, rock excavation, embankment fill, erosion control, restoration, and traffic control. Bidders must submit a bid security payable to the owner in an amount of 5% of the maximum bid price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous. All bids must remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving bids. Contract award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from QuestCDN.com and be a plan holder of record at the issuing office. Bids from bidders who are not on the plan holders list may be returned as not being responsive. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Issuing Office as having received the Bidding Documents.
