As of March 17, 2026, project was awarded to Kopplin & Kinas Co Inc., awarded amount is 1,779,766.78. The Project includes the following Work: The full reconstruction of East Prospect Street between Maas Street and Birch Street including water utility, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, placement of base course, asphalt paving, new curb and gutter, new concrete driveway aprons, and spot replacement of concrete sidewalk and driveway tie-ins. It includes storm sewer installation, a full depth patch with a mill, and spot replacement of curb and gutter and sidewalk on Maas Street between East Prospect and Mulberry Street. Additionally, it includes water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, placement of base course, asphalt paving, new curb and gutter, new concrete driveway aprons, and spot replacement of concrete sidewalk and driveway tie-ins on Mulberry Street between Grant Street and Maas Street. Finally, it includes full-width mill and overlay of East Prospect Street between Maas Street and Prairie Avenue and of Maas-Short Street between East Prospect Street and Prairie Avenue. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) funds are being used on this Project.
