The North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional School District is seeking proposals for Category 1 and 2 services/equipment under the E-Rate program for Funding Year 2022-2023. All proposed services are to be completed within the guidelines and regulations for local, state, and the federal E-rate program. This Request for Proposal is related to the form 470 submitted for 2022-2023 funding year by the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District. This E-Rate Request for Proposal is NOT a NJ Competitive Bidding Request for Proposal. Locations: Point A - North Hunterdon High School (1445 Rte 31, Annandale, NJ 08801) Point B - Voorhees High School (256 County Rd 513, Glen Gardner, NJ 08826) Port counts: Switch A - 48 1Gbps POE+ ports, 24 10Gbps ports, 24 SFP+ ports (1000-SX) Switch B - 144 1Gbps POE+ ports, 4 1Gbps/10GBps SFP+ ports Locations: Switch A - Voorhees High School (256 County Rd 513, Glen Gardner, NJ 08826) Switch B - Voorhees High School (256 County Rd 513, Glen Gardner, NJ 08826) The North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District is seeking Ethernet switches and associated hardware/services for interconnections internal to its two locations. Each switch should, at minimum: provide dual power supply support, provide VLAN support, provide Jumbo frames support, provide at least 1Gbp in all its ports, provide 10Gbps in some ports, provide POE+ on all its 1Gbps ports, provide fiber SFP+ ports (minimum multimode, 62.5mm, 1000Mbps) for uplink, provide SSH and web management, provide L3 routing, provide MSTP functionality (including BPDU protection and filtering), provide IGMP snooping, provide DHCP protection, provide rate limiting on all ports, have a chassis-based expandable architecture (no stackable solutions), provide trunking (LACP or manual), provide SNMP, qFlow (or similar) and SYSLOG (or similar) support. Each switch should be able to withstand the environmental conditions of the location where it is to be placed.
