Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 195,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Aurora is requesting Professional Service Qualifications to provide Construction Management/Constructor (hereinafter referred to as "CMc") services for the construction of a 2-story, approximately 195,000 square foot combined maintenance facility for the Public Works Department. Schematic Design of the building is complete and is provided with this RFQ for consideration. Design Development is under way and construction is anticipated to begin in 2023.
