Henry E. Wrobel Towers 800 Niagara Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY

Packard Court: Cut and trim grass, weeds and vine growth along fence lines, both sides.
Cut and trim 20ft around property lines where grass areas extend past property line.
Cut and trim 50ft from edge of pavement on West side of property line.
Packard Court Community Center:
Cut and trim grass, weeds and vine growth along fence lines, both sides.
Harry S. Jordan Gardens:
Cut and trim grass, weeds and vine growth along fence lines.
Cut and trim grass area along Highland Ave
Trim weeds along 9
th Street concrete gutter and curb, all sides.
Family Resource Building:
Cut and trim grass, weeds and vine growth along fence lines.
Cut and trim grass, weeds and vine growth around the tennis court
Cut and trim grass along property line behind Family Resource Building.
Wrobel Towers: Cut and trim grass, weeds and vine growth along all fence lines, which includes
parking lots along Whirlpool Street and Ontario Ave.
Spallino Towers: Cut and trim grass, weeds and vine growth along all curbs, including both sides of
bocce ball court edging.
Executive Offices: Cut and trim grass lot adjacent to parking lot and trim along fence and curb lines
Maintenance and Purchasing Facility:
Cut and trim grass area between the property line and Seneca Avenue.
Trim weeds along fence along perimeter of property (both sides of fence. (every other week) Any questions pertinent to the work, prior to the bid date, shall be in writing and directed to Kevin Janik at telephone 716 393-1999 The lawn maintenance will be a minimum twenty-two (22) cuttings between April 2022 and November 30, 2022. The Authority reserves the right to schedule additional cuttings at the same rate as necessary with weather permitting. The anticipated schedule will be cuttings weekly in April, May, and October. Every two weeks (14 days) in June, July, August, September and November. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
