The Long Beach Water Department (LBWD) is requesting quotes for exhaust fans pre-purchase for the GWTP HVAC Replacement Project in the City of Long Beach, California Q&A Deadline 02/23/2022 4:00 PM (PST) Answers to be posted 02/25/22 @ 5:00 p.m. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's or a certified check, or bidder's bond, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) The contract shall be for a term of two (2) years. Pricing shall be held for the two (2) year term. No price increase shall be accepted during the two (2) year term. The LBWD reserves the right, in its discretion, to reject any and all quotes and, to the extent not prohibited by law, to waive any minor irregularity or informality in any Quote that does not affect the validity of the Quote or does not give the bidder a competitive advantage over other bidders.
