The Town of Stratford ("Town") on behalf of its Parks Division is seeking proposals from firms ("Contractor") with proven industry experience to provide turf management consulting services and supply of products required for multiple athletic fields and par 3 golf course. Respondents must possess ability and expertise to provide turf management consulting services, including product recommendation and training of staff, and supply of appropriate turf management products. Awarded contractor will be required to consult minimum nine (9) times throughout each season with the Stratford Park Division's Superintendent and staff. Consultations shall include site visits; assessment of current turf conditions; providing various recommendations based on field conditions and soil tests; current fiscal year budget and sporting league schedules.
