Written requests for information will not be accepted after 12:00PM on Monday, 10th January, 2022. Town reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of work, as deemed in its best interest. Questions concerning conditions, bidding guidelines and specifications should only be directed in writing to: Mr. Phillip Ryan, Purchasing Agent: PRyan@townofstratford.com Bid bond not required.For projects that do not require a performance or bid bond The Town reserves the right to terminate the contract upon two (2) weeks' written notice.Town reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of work, as deemed in its best interest. The town of stratford reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, or waive defects in same, or accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the town of stratford.The Mayor shall have the power to reject all bids and to advertise again.
