**As of October 17, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town of Stratford is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors with proven industry experience, to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment and all else necessary, to perform restoration of hangar doors located at Curtiss Hangar. Refer to the Contract Documents prepared by Ames & Whitaker Architects, Southington, CT for the complete scope. Attention is called to the fact that this program is being funded through the Federal Community Development Block Grant Program. Small, minority, women business enterprises and disabled persons are encouraged to participate. Please note that the project is subject to Federal prevailing wage rates and all applicable requirements
