Site work, renovation and addition to a recreation facility in Stratford, Connecticut. Design plans call for the renovation of a 8,700-square-foot, three-story above grade recreation facility.
Renovate the existing building, and construct a three-story, 8,700-square-foot addition at the rear of the structure. As of June 2025, the project is in the design phase. The project is under review with the Building Needs Committee A timeline for construction has not been established. Previous solicitation listed below for reference: The Town of Stratford (Town) is seeking requests for qualifications (RFQ) submissions from qualified and experience architectural and engineering firms to assist the Town with the redevelopment of Shakespeare Park located at 1850 Elm Street Stratford, CT.
