Site work and paving for a civil project in Saint-Remi, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the main City street Notre-Dame. The scope of the project includes the complete repair of municipal services aimed at the separation of a section of a combined sewer with the construction of a new storm water network, burying of public service equipment, repairs of the roadway including the urban redevelopment of Route 209 over an approximate length of 1.5 km. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being finalized. According the the agreement with the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility (MTMD) the period of design associated with the rehabilitation of municipal services aimed at the separation of a combined sewer with the construction of a new storm sewer network and including the urban redevelopment of Route 209, is extended until March 31, 2026. Owner expects to complete the project by construction packages and issue separate tenders for package contractors starting spring/summer 2026. Completion of the project is expected in late 2027.
