The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 1. The work to be accomplished under this contract is located at the W. Paul Martin District Court / Multi-Service Center (Salisbury DC / MSC), 201 Baptist Street, Salisbury, Maryland 21801. It consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services necessary and incidental to the completion of the work described therein 2. TOTAL BID: The work to be done under this contract consists the application of new liquid waterproofing membrane on the sub-grade foundation walls and the re-grading and new sod installation of the grassy area adjacent to Poplar Hill Avenue. 3. Contractor must maintain a workable access to building at all times. 4. All work shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date designated by the notice to proceed.
