Deer's Head Hospital Center (DHHC) is a unit of the Maryland Department of Health (MDH), located at 351 Deer's Head Hospital Road in Salisbury, Maryland Deer's Head Hospital Center is seeking a certified company to provide annual and semi-annual preventative maintenance inspections and as needed repairs of commercial kitchen equipment in the Dietary Department and Central Services Department of Deer's Head Hospital Center. Deer's Head Hospital Center (DHHC) is a unit of the Maryland Department of Health (MDH), located at 351 Deer's Head Hospital Rd., Salisbury, Maryland. The term of this contract will be for a period of one (2) years beginning on July 19, 2022 and ending on July 18, 2024 DHHC is a chronic care hospital licensed and accredited for the treatment and rehabilitation of the chronically ill. DHHC includes an inpatient chronic disease/acute care hospital and a nursing home unit. The current census is composed of 15 chronically ill patients and 38 nursing home residents on an inpatient (residential) basis. DHHC employs 200 permanent and contractual State employees combined. There is no pre-bid conference scheduled for this solicitation.
