Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Callaway, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The complete project consists of the demolition and new construction of all drainage-related infrastructure along Cherry Street from Tyndall Parkway (US 98) to Star Avenue. Construction of the new drainage infrastructure (27655.01) will coincide and coordinate with roadway demolition and new construction of the Cherry Street Resurfacing and North Sidewalk project (27652.01). These projects are defined in separate plan sets, under individual project numbers and must be constructed in a sequence which prevents new roadway, curb/gutter, and sidewalk construction from being damaged by the installation of the proposed drainage components. Both projects may be bid separately or together under a combined bid package depending upon contractor resources and ability to construct simultaneously.
