The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is requesting responses for components comprising of kitchen equipment for customer in the Austin, TX area. TWC is not responsible for responses received late, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise considered disqualified due to failure of electronic equipment or operator error. Each bidder by signing the bid form certifies that their bid meets or exceeds all mandatory specifications set forth in this IFB. An authorized officer of the vendor must sign the bid. Bids must be responsive to the specifications contained herein but may contain additional information considered pertinent by the bidder. TWC reserves the right to not make an award from this IFB Brand and model numbers shown on the bid form are indications of desired quality only and arent intended to be restrictive. Indicate the brand and model number(s) bidding in the spaces provided. Award will be made by item, groups of items, or on an all or none basis, whichever TWC determines is in its best interest. Date of award thru June 30, 2022. Manufacturers standard warranty applies Successful bidder shall provide appropriate levels of demonstration/training for any applicable items, devices, or equipment upon completion of set up and/or installation.
