Location and Description. The Project is located at Sixth Street, Seventh Street, Ninth Street, East Street, E Street, and Tenth Street, Tracy, CA. Work includes: Removal and replacement of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and curb ramps; asphalt grind, removal, and overlay; pavement repair; and striping. The planned timeframe for work is between June 2022 and September 2022. Contract time to be Ninety (90) calendar days. This Project requires a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): Class A, General Engineering Contractors License. As this project involves federal funds, Davis Bacon requirements will be enforced. Federal minimum wage rates, as predetermined by the U.S. Department of Labor, have been attached to this bid document. If there is a difference between the federal minimum wage rates predetermined by the U.S. Department of Labor and the Prevailing Wage Rates determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California for similar classifications of labor, the Contractor and his subcontractor shall pay no less than the higher wage rate.
