Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Superior will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. Replacement, construction and repair of concrete sidewalks including curb and gutter, concrete driveways, culvert piping, concrete and asphalt sawing, base aggregate dense 3/4 ", inlet protection, asphalt patching, concrete pedestrian ramps with ramp detectable warning field, topsoil and seeding, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as specified. Project is to be completed by Wednesday, August 31, 2022. This project is partially funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and by the City of Superior Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Non-mandatory None Scheduled All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby notified to contact only members of the City of Superior Staff as identified within the bidding documents. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids/proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority-Owned, and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City of Superior is an equal opportunity employer.
