The City of Superior is requesting proposals for sewer televising services on behalf of the Environmental Services Division offices located at 51 East 1st Street, Superior, Wisconsin. The requested work will be performed in the service area of District 6. Work will include brick, reinforced concrete pipe, polyvinyl chloride, VIT clay tile, vitrified clay pipe, and riches pipe ranging in diameter from 8 inches to 84 inches/circular pipe and 23 inch height to 30 inch height/non-circular pipe. Total Base Bid work includes approximately 2.92 miles of sanitary sewer and Alternate work includes approximately 1.56 miles of sanitary sewer. Additionally, an incentive has been added to the contract terms and is payable to the Contractor if the milestone is met within the original contract terms; see the sample Contractor Contract (Section 10) for details on the incentive. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby notified to contact only members of the City of Superior Staff as identified within the bidding documents. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids/proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests.
