The City of Superior is requesting proposals for sewer televising services on behalf of the Environmental Services Division offices located at 51 East 1st Street, Superior, Wisconsin. The requested work will be performed in the service area of District 2. Work will include brick, reinforced concrete pipe, polyvinyl chloride, VIT clay tile, vitrified clay pipe, and riches pipe ranging in diameter from 6 inches to 48 inches/circular pipe and 21 inch height to 57 inch height/non-circular pipe. Total Base Bid work includes approximately 8.42 miles of sanitary sewer, Alternate 1 work includes approximately 0.83 miles of sanitary sewer, Alternate 2 work includes 2.33 miles of sanitary sewer, and Alternate 3 work includes 3.43 miles. Additionally, an incentive has been added to the contract terms and is payable to the Contractor if the milestone is met within the original contract terms; see the sample Contractor Contract (Section 10) for details on the incentive.
