Renovation of a library in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Carnegie Library Reroofing Project. The Project Consists of a 6,736 Sq Ft Reroof of the Carnegie Library Located at 1204 Hammond Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin. Work Will Include Demolition of the Existing Roofing Materials, Installation of a New Epdm Roof Membrane, and Repairs to the Roof Deck and Soffit as Needed and Described in the Contract Documents. This Project is Funded by the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (Slfrf). All Bids Must Be Prepared on the Form Provided and Submitted in Accordance to the Instructions to Bidder. The City of Superior Encourages the Participation of Women and Minority Owned Businesses. The City of Superior Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Irregularities, or to Accept Such Bids, as in the Opinion of the City, Will Be in Its Best Interests.
