Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Online bids will be identified by: Scranton OECD-2022 Street Improvements. All bidders will comply with the RFP Package of Documents. The contract will be awarded to the lowest/most responsible proposer; the City of Scranton reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs or any part of the RFP in connection with said project. Bidding shall be in compliance with Section 603 of the Administrative Code of the City of Scranton. The Contract, when awarded shall be subject to the Davis Bacon and Related Act. The successful proposer shall be an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Office of Community Development under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will fund CDBG projects. The City of Scranton is seeking services for ADA ramps and street paving to include transition and full width milling as indicated, overlays consisting of (2 1/4 " depth) superpave asphalt wearing course, superpave asphalt scratch coat (90#/SY), asphalt tack coat, line painting and maintenance, and protection of traffic. Work is to be performed in accordance with the specifications to be obtained from the City of Scranton Office of Community Development. TERM The term of any agreement resulting from this Request for Proposals shall be for a period of one (1) year and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year by the City of Scranton
