2022 Bridge Deck Overlays Fish Hatchery Rd, Bridge #39c626, M.p. 1.25 Big Fall Creek Rd, Bridge #39c636, M.p. 7.55 Lane County, Oregon The approximate quantities are: 54 square yards Class 2 Preparation (Big Fall Creek Rd.), 480 square yards multi-layer polymer concrete overlay (Big Fall Creek Rd.), 1,090 square yards multi-layer polymer concrete overlay (Fish Hatchery Rd.); and all other work called for in the plans and specifications Estimated cost range: $90,000 to $120,000. Each bid must be submitted on the required forms and be accompanied by bid security, in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, or surety bond payable to Lane County, in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid. All work to be done under this contract must be completed by the fixed date of June 30, 2022. Bidders must submit First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms by 12:00 p.m., (NOON), on the date of Bid Closing. Subcontractor Disclosure Forms may be submitted in paper copy by delivery to the address stated for delivery of bids, or as an attachment to an email sent to: ecsconstruction@lanecountyor.gov. This is a Lane County Project. No Federal Aid funds are involved. The Class of Work for this Project is: Bridges and Structures (Multi-layer Polymer Concrete Overlay). Lane County will not consider a bid for a public improvement contract unless the bidder is licensed by the Construction Contractors Board or the State Landscape Contractors Board. This project does not require the Contractor or subcontractor to be licensed under ORS 468A.720 for asbestos abatement. Prevailing wage rates for public works contracts in Oregon are required for this project pursuant to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Lane County will not consider a bid unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder that the bidder will comply with ORS 279C.838 and ORS 279C.840. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident or non-resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120.
