The Project generally consists of replacement of concrete sidewalk, flatwork, curb, driveway and ADA curb ramps on an as-needed basis as part of the Lower Paxton Township Sanitary Sewer Mini-Basin Replacement Projects. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total, a non-collusion affidavit, and the qualification requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and bids shall be prepared accordingly. Bidders will also be required to demonstrate compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Lower Paxton Township reserves the right, at its option, to waive any informalities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all Bids and to reject any or all Bids.
