SECTION 00033 ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION FOR BIDS HUNTINGTON ISD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by HUNTINGTON ISD for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids. All Bidders shall be pre-qualified with the Architect. Contractors, please contact HUNTINGTON ISD, Glenn Frank, 936-876-4287 for an optional prebid facility tour. Notifications of intent to bid must be received in order to gain access via the website. Furnish and install all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services and perform all operations required in connection with or properly incidental to the construction of complete Ductwork and Accessories System as indicated on the drawings, reasonably implied therefrom or as specified herein unless specifically excluded.
