TWDB & ARPA Sewer Improvements (Gravity Sewer and Lift Station) Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 24,600 LF Gravity Sewer Replacement Lift Station and Force Main Replacement This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Invitation for Bids are expected to be funded in part by a loan from the TWDB, and shall be referred to as Project No. 73862. Neither the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or the State of Texas, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees, are or will be a party to this Advertisement for Bids or any resulting contract. Bidders must submit with their bids a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance bond and a Payment bond in the amount of the contract for the protection of all claimants supplying labor and materials.
