Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Port Severn, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Township of Severn is planning to reconstruct Grand Tamarack Crescent. The work will include removals (asphalt, curb and culverts) earthworks (topsoil stripping, bulk filling and rough grading), drainage improvements (culvert replacement, catchbasin installations and ditching), reconstruction of the roadway with an urban cross-section (granulars, asphalt, curb, sidewalk and line painting), streetlighting, as well as fine grading, placement of topsoil and sod and reinstatement of disturbed features (driveways, signs and mailboxes). The Township is looking for credible contractors who have the capability and experience to complete this reconstruction no later than than 2022/10/15.
