Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Severn, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The current Audio and visual system in the Township Council Chamber is outdated and does not meet the needs of a modern meeting room including the ability to live conference and host hybrid meetings. The Township is seeking proposal submissions from competent and qualified multimedia providers who are experienced in designing, installing, configuring, and supporting audio and video systems with live stream conferencing capabilities for small to medium-sized organizations. The removal, responsible disposal, and/or recycling of the current on-premises system will also be required. The new audio and visual platform is expected to deliver many improvements over the Township's existing solution. The new system must effectively support the current and long-term needs of the Township, residents, and businesses of the Township of Georgian Bay.
