Work on this Project is to provide sewer lateral cleaning, closed circuit television inspection and locating service at various locations within the City of Hamilton as part of the City's maintenance of Sewer Laterals - Public Portion pursuant to the City's Sewer Lateral Management Policy. The Contractor will be responsible to receive service call information from the City of Hamilton dispatcher, contact the Customer, dispatch their forces to provide the necessary service and finish the service call. The Contractor is required to be on stand-by to provide this service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will be required to respond and be on site at the Customer's property within two hours of notification from the City.
