The work includes: site grubbing, over excavation and imported / blended soil fill, auger cast concrete piles, concrete grade beams, concrete slabs, concrete unit masonry bearing walls, steel joists, steel deck roof support, and an insulated TPO roof system. Exterior finish consists of exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS). Interior partitions consist of light gauge steel studs with gypsum wallboard along with concrete unit masonry walls. Finishes include: polished concrete, rubber athletic flooring, resilient accessories, polyaspartic concrete coating, carpet tile and walk off carpet, tiled walls, window blinds, pipe railing with infill panels, and painted walls. Fenestration consists of aluminum storefront windows and doors, hollow metal doors and frames, and skylights. Interior openings consist of hollow metal frames with wood and hollow metal doors.
