The Whitman-Hanson Regional School District reserves the right to cancel this bid at any time before a Contract has been executed and approved, in which event the Whitman-Hanson Regional School District will reject any and all bids received in response to this RFP The Whitman-Hanson Regional School District seeks a certified telecommunications contractor to supply, provision, fully install, and test a unified Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP), multi-site telephone system within its seven (7) listed facilities, replacing the district's aging phone system, to integrate the new system, to provide appropriate administrative and user training. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to properly and competently install the IP based telecommunications system and support items included in this contract in accordance with the performance thresholds outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
