The Benzie County Road Commission is accepting sealed bids for the production of Approximately 1,200 yards of Concrete to be crushed and recycled, the Thompson pit. All proposals must be in sealed envelopes, plainly marked as to contents and the name of the bidder. Telephone or faxed bids will not be accepted. The undersigned wishes to submit the following proposal for 1,200 yards of Concrete to be crushed and recycled. The undersigned hereby certifies that he/she has examined, and has the authority to submit, this quote/proposal, is fully informed as to the nature of the work, that all above conditions will be equaled or exceeded, and all requested information has been completed. The Benzie County Road Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to change quantities, extend pricing for additional years if mutually agreed upon, to waive defects or accept any proposal(s) that would be in the best interest of the Benzie County Road Commission.
