Anticipate that Elmers would be starting this project within the next week or two, and should have their end completed one a day or two. The work involves hauling 2,100 tons of 23A aggregate from your pit to the worksite, Lake Ann Rd. north of cedar run in Almira township and working with BCRC's grader operator to get it spread. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES - Liquidated damages of $200 per calendar day will be assessed after the completion date shown for project until it is completed. BID WITHDRAWAL -No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after bid opening.
