Saving Project...

Renovation of a medical facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project. Modernize existing service and freight elevators at MUMC. The project scope is to modernize existing freight elevator cars located at MUMC as per the specifications detailed herein under Appendix D (RFP Particulars), Section A (Deliverables). HHSC will provide an optional site visit for those proponents wishing to see the elevator cars in more detail at the MUMC site. The date of the site visit is detailed in section 1.4 RFP Timetable. A maximum of one (1) representative from the proponent's office shall attend the site visit to help maintain proper social distancing guidelines. Subcontractors cannot attend on behalf of a proponent. Proponents are encouraged to arrive 15-30 minutes early prior to the scheduled start time to screen at the front entrance door of the hospital. The purpose of the site visit is not to answer questions regarding the nature of the work of the RFP. Such questions shall be submitted to the RFP Contact, and written clarification and additional information will be issued in the form of an Addenda to all proponents via Biddingo. Proponent's wishing to attend are to notify the RFP Contact by Tuesday February 15, 2022, 3:00PM EST. providing a name and contact phone number of the attendee.
